Delivery

The total cost of your order will be displayed before you pay. The postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically and will be shown on your checkout page.

Our postage costs are weight driven to ensure the amount charged is as fair as possible, in accordance with United States Postal Service guidelines.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-6 working days (with the exception of express delivery, US only). Your order will be sent using a Courier service and we will provide you with a tracking number if this service has been selected.

International Shipping IS NOT available at this time. US order will be shipped EVERY TUESDAY and tracked with full order tracking and delivery confirmation. If you place an order on Wednesday, it will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. This service has a delivery target time of 3-6 working days, but can be subject to delays (please see below).

Please note, as products are freshly made we do not carry large quantities of stock, but we will always ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, please contact us as we will always try to help.

Please note that delivery times will take longer over holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders, including overseas packages, as these can be subject to delays caused by third parties, for example, customs or events outside of our control.

We use recycled or recyclable packaging and therefore we ask you to please dispose of any packaging appropriately.

There She Glows is a supportive skincare line- every product in our line is FDA approved and made in small batches to ensure freshness and potency.  While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us,  we understand that everyone's skin type is unique and can resonate differently with any skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you tend to have sensitive and reactive skin. We offer Contactless (Virtual) Skincare Consultations- along with an in-depth analysis customized just for you. You can schedule your consultation HERE. We are also happy to include samples of any products you desire to try in any order you place online- simply make your requests in the notes section upon checkout. 

She Is Skincare does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please send a photo of the damaged items to sales@sheisbytsg.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item- in which case, we will gladly pay for the return shipment charge.

COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS

When using a coupon code, be sure to input it in the correct spot upon checkout. Codes cannot be added to orders already placed.
